Dear Journal,
After sailing for a long time I've finally settled on a large island. I've been here before but not this part of it. There's plenty of space and resources. I even have a neighbor pig named Brownie to keep me safe from any mermen or snakes that come my way.
I'm going to stay here until hurricane season is over. I have a lightning rod, chimnea, crock pot and a wall already built. My sanity is finally back to normal and I'm good on the health and hunger front too. I am determined to survive this thing!

Kori and Tena are stranded in the woods, trying to survive. Too bad one of them is resourceful and the other is... Well... Kori. [ This is a 'Don't Starve Together' play through blog ]
Day 19 [Island part 2]
Dear Journal,
With the way the weather has been, I'm finding it harder and harder to stay sane...
My health and hunger are fine but the shadows seem to be speaking to me.
On one island, I found a fish bone which must have belonged to some bird because he started following me. I thought about throwing the bone away to get rid of it but in the end, I decided to keep it like a pet.
I found another island that was full of both pigs and hell hounds. After feeding the pigs some meat, they agreed to keep me safe from the hounds which is great news for me. I might stay here a while to wait out the hurricane that's upon me.

Day 15 [Island part 2]
Dear Journal,
It must be monsoon season. The nights are darker, the days are shorter. And the winds are intense. So intense it knocks over trees which is nice for me because it means I can get logs easier.
I have to really watch the fire though. The wind blows it out a lot.

Day 12 [Island part 2]
Dear Journal,
I've been fairing well for the last few days. I haven't written, simply because there's been nothing to report. I was able to gather enough supplies to make an actual row boat. With it, I've been finding lots of treasure maps which have lead me to having all kinds of things like a canon. At one point I found some water buffaloos and was able to shoot them and kill them. I got lots of meat for that one!
I've made more friends with piggy-pigs and set up camp briefly on one island. But there are monkey's everywhere and they're very annoying...
So no actual camp yet. Just a bunch of temporary stops while I search the islands.
I want to find a way out of here...
